We recently moved back to Iowa from being in TN. There we had a long term, local pet sitter we loved. I was hesitant to try app services that don’t really vet their service providers. After meeting the Pet Care Club team, we knew we would be well taken care of. Everything we are used to, the communication, attention to our fur family and working with a locally owned business, we have with the Pet Care Club. But things are elevated with their full functioning app. I can schedule, update pet info, communicate with the sitters as well as see invoices and pay, all through the app and my phone. Soooo convenient! I especially love the detailed summaries and photos from each visit. They truly care about each one of my fur babies. Pet Care Club is the best thing to happen to DSM! We were previously taking our pups to boarding but know they get super stressed there and we also get uneasy because of all the horror stories you hear about the accidents that happen there. Once we found Pet Care Club I knew we would have to use them! My pups are a little iffy about new people so I was worried but they reassured me it would be ok. They came before our trip to meet the boys and explain their process/ answer any questions. We booked and never looked back! Erik, as the owner, also came out to meet us and the boys and has been so helpful. We also greatly appreciate Cat and the other sitters. The boys now love her. ~ Karina P

We have a spoiled 6 year old Boxer with lots of anxious energy. Erik at Pet Care has been very responsible with setting up visits for those times we have been unable to be home to let our dog out. In the past, I’ve had a few bad experiences with pet sitters or kennels but I’ve been able to trust the people at Pet Care to be with our dog when we’ve needed them. It’s been a relief to be able to rely on them. No one can replace the care and love you give your own pet but I would recommend Erik and Pet Care Club to anyone who is like me and worries about their pets being cared for in their absence. ~ Lisa C

I can’t say enough good things about Pet Car Club! I really appreciate the care and attention they give to Asia. They’ve been incredibly dependable, including stepping in at the last minute when I was out of town and wasn’t able to get back as early as I expected. Scheduling the services I need is easy and convenient, and I especially appreciate the pictures and detailed description they provide after each visit. Pet Care Club has been great to work with! They have provided twice daily visits for our new puppy since the day we got him. They provide communication about upcoming visits and then after the visit give you a detailed description of their visit. They also send multiple photos after the visit! They have been working with the puppy on his commands and due to their frequent guidance, the puppy is picking up on these quickly. He is ringing his bell to go outside and I know Pet Care Club taught him that. They have been great to work with and are very reliable! ~ Jessica

We had an incredible experience with Pet Care Club in Des Moines. They provided overnight dog care for us while we were on vacation, and it gave us so much peace of mind. We received daily updates and photos, which made it easy to relax knowing our dog was in great hands. They also reinforced the training we had already been working on, along with plenty of walks, playtime, socialization, and attention. It is clear they truly care about the dogs they work with and treat them like their own. Erik even called us the week after to check in and see how our dog was doing, which meant a lot and really showed how much they connected. If you are looking for reliable pet care in Des Moines, whether it is pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight care, or more, they are incredibly flexible and easy to work with. Cannot recommend these guys enough. My wife and I got married this past Sunday, and we had our dog in our wedding. Erik and Julia worked with us to curate a custom wedding package, which included a pre-event visit, transportation to and from the venue, three hours at the wedding, AND an additional visit in the evening to take out our dog and give her supper. Erik was at the actual wedding and he truly went above and beyond with making sure we had everything we needed, making sure our dog was where she needed to be for pictures and the ceremony, taking her on multiple potty breaks, and taking several adorable pictures of her throughout the day. Julia then came in the evening to check on her and our cat and give them supper, and sent us photos showing us that everything was settled. They both truly care about animals and it took so much stress off our big day knowing our babies were in good hands. Amazing service, amazing pricing, and amazing people. ~ Carson F

I have used the Pet Care Club for several services: dog daycare, dog boarding, pet care (cats and dogs) at home and transportation. All experiences have been excellent. Communication is very good - receive a reminder of the upcoming visit and details about the visit. When I have questions responses are very timely. What is most important is my pets look forward to daycare and the home visits. When my schedule changes - I have found Pet Care willing to alter their schedule. We had Pet Cate Club take care of our three cats during the holiday break in December. One of our cats needs medication twice a day. Before we left they came over to meet the cats and go over our routine. Each time they came over I received a text message and email including a summary of how the cats were doing and several pictures. I never worried about my cats. I would highly recommend this pet service. The fees they charge were reasonable. Pet Care Club exceeded my expectations. ~ Debbie A

We’ve been using Pet Care Club for the past month to let our new puppy out during the day and have had a wonderful experience! Would recommend Pet Care Club 1000 times! The owner, Eric and his staff do such an incredible job with our girls, Bonnie and Bessie. We recently rescued Bessie and have been working on potty training her. The staff helped us so much with potty training and getting her acclimated to the walks. DSM PetCare Club watched my 3 cats for 10 days. The staff was extremely nice & were on top of everything asking questions. Their app was fairly simple to use, & every day they gave kitty updates. There was one issue on the 1st day: some of the cats were fed the wrong food, but they promptly responded to the issue. Since they are a newer company & charge less than their competitors, they still get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Chris C

These people are the best! Not only ddo they take good care of our dog, but they make great recommendations to help with his care.
