Pet Care Club is the best thing to happen to DSM! We were previously taking our pups to boarding but know they get super stressed there and we also get uneasy because of all the horror stories you hear about the accidents that happen there. Once we found Pet Care Club I knew we would have to use them! My pups are a little iffy about new people so I was worried but they reassured me it would be ok. They came before our trip to meet the boys and explain their process/ answer any questions. We booked and never looked back! Erik, as the owner, also came out to meet us and the boys and has been so helpful. We also greatly appreciate Cat and the other sitters. The boys now love her. ~ Karina P

We have a spoiled 6 year old Boxer with lots of anxious energy. Erik at Pet Care has been very responsible with setting up visits for those times we have been unable to be home to let our dog out. In the past, I’ve had a few bad experiences with pet sitters or kennels but I’ve been able to trust the people at Pet Care to be with our dog when we’ve needed them. It’s been a relief to be able to rely on them. No one can replace the care and love you give your own pet but I would recommend Erik and Pet Care Club to anyone who is like me and worries about their pets being cared for in their absence. ~ Lisa C

Cannot recommend these guys enough. My wife and I got married this past Sunday, and we had our dog in our wedding. Erik and Julia worked with us to curate a custom wedding package, which included a pre-event visit, transportation to and from the venue, three hours at the wedding, AND an additional visit in the evening to take out our dog and give her supper. Erik was at the actual wedding and he truly went above and beyond with making sure we had everything we needed, making sure our dog was where she needed to be for pictures and the ceremony, taking her on multiple potty breaks, and taking several adorable pictures of her throughout the day. Julia then came in the evening to check on her and our cat and give them supper, and sent us photos showing us that everything was settled. They both truly care about animals and it took so much stress off our big day knowing our babies were in good hands. Amazing service, amazing pricing, and amazing people. ~ Carson F

We had Pet Cate Club take care of our three cats during the holiday break in December. One of our cats needs medication twice a day. Before we left they came over to meet the cats and go over our routine. Each time they came over I received a text message and email including a summary of how the cats were doing and several pictures. I never worried about my cats. I would highly recommend this pet service. The fees they charge were reasonable. Pet Care Club exceeded my expectations. ~ Debbie A

Would recommend Pet Care Club 1000 times! The owner, Eric and his staff do such an incredible job with our girls, Bonnie and Bessie. We recently rescued Bessie and have been working on potty training her. The staff helped us so much with potty training and getting her acclimated to the walks. DSM PetCare Club watched my 3 cats for 10 days. The staff was extremely nice & were on top of everything asking questions. Their app was fairly simple to use, & every day they gave kitty updates. There was one issue on the 1st day: some of the cats were fed the wrong food, but they promptly responded to the issue. Since they are a newer company & charge less than their competitors, they still get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Chris C

Pet Care Club has been amazing! We have a senior dog and a young dog with lots of energy and this team takes great individualized care of our boys!
